Andrew Burris brings a lifetime of Chevrolet pride to Nucar Chevrolet’s Commercial Team. Born and raised in North Wilmington, he grew up in a GM family—his uncle retired from the Boxwood Assembly Plant—and he’s loved trucks since he was a kid. That background shows up in how he works: Andrew starts by understanding your business use case—payloads, routes, upfit needs, budget—and then matches you with the right Chevrolet solutions, from work-ready pickups to cargo and chassis configurations.
Known for clear communication and follow-through, Andrew keeps the buying process efficient with transparent options, timelines, and fleet-friendly financing. He’s proud to collaborate with commercial sales legend Chuck Shirley (in the business since 1998) to deliver the knowledge, inventory access, and support that keep your team moving. When he’s not helping clients, Andrew is probably squeezing in a round of golf or a fishing trip—then getting back to work for his customers.
Born and raised in Philly, Chuck Shirley brings real operator know-how to every commercial conversation. He launched his own service and towing company at 20 and ran it for years, so he thinks like the people who run crews, manage downtime, and watch every dollar of total cost of ownership. After selling the business, he joined Nucar Chevrolet of New Castle and has spent more than 19 years helping organizations across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast match their work to the right trucks and vans. Chuck is fluent in the details that matter—payload and GVWR, wheelbase and axle ratios, upfit readiness, tow ratings and brake controllers—so buyers can spec with confidence instead of guesswork.
