2021 Chevy Tahoe Overview
The cliché latest and greatest may actually apply to the all-new Chevy Tahoe coming for 2021. It’s a three row Sport Utility Vehicle and is the shorter version of the Chevy Suburban. The 2021 model Tahoe has a new fresh look and contemporary content.
The 2021 Chevy Tahoe is not only larger on the outside, it’s cargo area and third row have more room too. This due to the new independent rear suspension on this model. It offers two V-8 engines as well as an efficient and torquey diesel engine, along with its roomier cabin space. There’s a slew of driver assistance options and infotainment features that should excite families. This new model should be available by mid to late 2020.
For 2021 the Chevy Tahoe is noticeably improved and all new. The exterior has been completely redesigned along with the interior and the 3rd row SUV has been stretched to provide more passenger space and cargo room. The new Tahoe gets a variety of new technology along with an available diesel engine option which has been requested by the public for years.
The new 2021 Chevy Tahoe has 6 trim levels to choose from and they are as follows:
- LS: $50,295
- LT $55,095
- RST $58,395
- Z71 $60,495
- Premier $63,895
- High Country $70,895
The current thought is the mid-level RST and Z71 models should hold the best value since the RST is jazzier and the Z71 is more for adventurous off roaders. The Z71’s rugged appearance has always been a popular choice and it’s likely that will be the same with the new version. The new Z71 is likely not available with the new diesel engine but the RST should be.
Check back next time when we’ll talk about the rest of the Tahoe redesign like comfort, convenience and infotainment!
