Never buy a vehicle from nucar, took over 9.
Never buy a vehicle from nucar, took over 9.5 months to get a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered in less than 3 months and then they weren’t willing to work with me on trading a vehicle in and expected me to lose 10k on a truck that I had bought 2 months earlier (had to buy a truck because the truck I ordered from nucar hadn’t been delivered yet). Karen was rude, I don’t understand how she still has a job honestly.

Do not use this company for service or sales. I purchased a vehicle from Larry Campbell. I will make this short. My truck had paint damage when I went to pick it up. It took three time to the dealership to have it fixed. I then had an issue with my headlight housing and the dealership refused to fix it and blame me for the issue. (Larry Campbell). told me it was my fault amd I don’t know why I didn’t understand when I would take there BS. you stand up to them they get mad and refuse to correct any issues. Mind you this is all in 2 weeks of owning a truck. This company will not fix any issues after they sell you a vehicle even if you have a warranty. Sales and service manager are not trust worthy in no way. Buyers beware. I had to go to another dealership to have my headlight fixed though the warranty.

Very disappointed. I was looking at a trailblazer, told the salesman my price. They brought me down, and basically wasted my time. when I should been told from the beginning they could not give me the price I was requesting. The Sales manager, Collins, talked down to me and flatly stated I would not understand a basic price sheet. I just would like a salesman to be straight forward. I have the money to buy a vehicle, I was ready to buy on the spot with the right price. I called back to the store, and ask to speak to the manager of store to complain about Collins, I was transferred to Tony Catalano and to my surprise I was complaining to someone in the sales department, not the manager of the store.

So I just paid them $120 and now I am waiting for a sales rep to try to fix my glove box. that individual is nice to help in cold wind but so sad the mechanics did this. poor service. don't ever trust ur your car with this place!!!

Salesman, Harts Brown, was great. Gave me his time and knowlwdge to help me make my decision. He explained all discounts and paperwork. All in all, a great experience. Other staff members were just as helpful too.

In today's society people are more inclined to voice their dissatisfaction with the customer service received than to applaud exceptional service. However ,I would be remiss if i did not take the time to acknowledge a few members on your team. I had the pleasure of interacting with Sales Rep Tony Catalano , Sales Manager Brian Ferrell, and Robert J. Wolfe "Wolfey". All of whom are truly assets to your organization and an amazing representation of providing quality customer service. Each of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, displayed a willing to assist, and were extremely patient with me. They made my interactions with your company very pleasurable. Great Service Every time!!!
3 Years ago I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruze from NuCar Chevy. Tony made the process super easy and he was helpful throughout the entire buying process. Our growing family needed a larger vehicle. I reached out to Tony and told him exactly what I needed and wanted! Just like the first time, he delivered. The sales and finance team at NuCar is amazing. I plan on keeping my Traverse for a long time but if I decide to switch cars or upgrade I will totally go back and check out Tony & the NuCar team! I've referred all of my family and friends to check them out!

We’ve purchased our last 8 vehicles from Nucar because we love their services!! I recommend Nucar Chevrolet to everyone! It totally is a no hassle experience! They are extremely knowledgeable about all of their vehicles and even after you purchase your vehicle and you leave with it, they welcome you to come back if you have any questions about how your systems work! Service Department that runs smoothly
Outstanding customer service with the Service Department! Recently, I brought in one of our vehicles to be serviced. We had a few hiccups with communication, but as my concerns grew, they were quickly resolved when I met with Darrin Aliberto, the Service Manager who runs the department in a seamless fashion. He worked with his employee, Tom Kitts, to provide a comprehensive service plan to adequately determine what was going on with my vehicle. As a leader in healthcare, communication is key. To see the level of transparency with communication at Nucar Chevy, and the effective problem solving skills, sets the standards of what a Service Department should be.

After having a bad experience with Porter Chevy (a competing dealership in the neighboring city of Newark), the Nucar dealership staff went above and beyond to reach my family's requirements. This included finding monetary incentives/discounts and completing extensive research into finding the vehicle with the exact package/options we desired. In particular it was a pleasure working with Dwayne Cluff who was extremely courteous, responsive and most of all knowledgeable about the Traverse. He personally found an alternative vehicle with the desired options after another dealership sold the car we had reserved. He also arranged for us to pick up the Traverse earlier than planned to accommodate a family trip. After our purchase he made sure to follow up with appointments to get the normal auto detailing done and have a tow hitch installed for us. Dwayne even demoed the controls and paired our smart phones! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dwayne to my friends and family. I will also be returning to Nucar for future purchases.

My new white Chevy 2019 equinox
Everyone at Nucar Chevy is very friendly and knowledgeable as soon as you walk through the front door also as soon as you drive up to the service doors and are greeted by a very friendly and nice service advisors. I am enjoying my new 2019 equinox many new features compared to the 2017 equinox I owned. There is always a nice selection of new and used cars there at the dealership also the show room is kept very very clean and the waiting area and restrooms are also kept very nice also. I have been a long-time customer there at Nucar Chevy for many years purchasing several cars there through out the years Thank you Joh Donnigan

I would have to say everyone is friendly and eager to help you out and drive out with a new car. The only thing was when the car came out of the detailer and we were driving home we noticed we were almost on empty. We have been used to other dealerships filling the tank or at least paying for the first tank. Other then that I would have to say it was the best experience we have had.

My wife and I purchased a HHR for her at this dealer. They worked with us and what they said it would cost monthly is exactly what is actually ended up being. The car is great and affordable. Everyone was very friendly, helpful but most important did what they said they could do. I wish we would have started here would have saved us a lot of time.

At first I had gone to the Nucar Mazda area and talked to Steve Saunders who was very friendly and helpful. He was not pushy like the other dealers I had dealt with before and showed me cars that were actually in my price range and those he thought I would probably be interested in. He listened to the things I needed in a car, and showed me cars like that which saved me a lot of time. Then after doing some more research on cars myself, I decided against a used Mazda (which had nothing to do with Steve or the dealership). My dad suggested I check out the new Chevy cars. Felicia Benson greeted me and was also VERY helpful, friendly, and genuine. I had a type of car in mind, but after understanding exactly what I was looking for and my budget, she showed me another type that I had never heard of or considered and I LOVED it. During the whole process of purchasing the car, she talked me through it since I had never done it before by myself. I got very frustrated at certain points (with my insurance company and with finding the title of my old car) and she had easy solutions and took care of everything making my life so much easier. She has kept in touch, making sure that everything is still going well with the car which I appreciate so much! I would absolutely recommend the Chevy (and Mazda) dealerships and of course Felicia if anyone asked me where to go to look for a new car.

My son was in need of a car because he was in a accident...
My son was in need of a car because he was in a accident from a drunk driver who tried to kill him. Luckilly he wasn't hurt so the insurance company totaled his car and gave him a check so my son found a car he like and nucar wouldn't let him sign the check over to them or verify the check was good I had to fight with the guy to get them to hold the car to the check cleared which was one day. So we we back to get the car and I got there before my son to test drive the car too and the dealer tells me they sold the car yesterday when he was off so. So I was so mad that they promised to hold this car but gave us a hard time to begin with about the state farm check and then sell it. It's just bad business. So I went back to my old place where I bought my cars in the pass and found him another one.

I traveled from Lancaster, PA to check out a Honda...
I traveled from Lancaster, PA to check out a Honda Element I saw on line. My time at NuCar was positive from the start. Jay Mikesell, the sales person was warm and friendly. I felt he really wanted to find a way to make it possible for me to own the Element. The person in Finance was great, also. Once again, there was no pressure to add things to the deal. I would definitely recommend NuCar to my friends. Honest and friendly...can't beat that at a car dealership!!!
